Following an excessively wet summer period, we will need to commence with vacant stand cutting again as the veldt grass has reached 300mm (30cm) in height. Please be advised that if you are an owner of a vacant stand you are accountable for the care, maintenance and trimming of the veldt grass on your stand (Please refer to section 1.8.19 of the CCHA Rules & Guidelines).<\/p>\n

Due notification is hereby given for all vacant stand owners to attend to their vacant stand maintenance before Friday 30 May 2014. Should you not comply to this condition of purchase, the CCHA will proceed with instructing is appointed service contractor to cut your vacant stand at the cost of R 400.00 which will be added to your June 2014 levy statement.<\/p>\n
